Goodbye

Falling, failing, floating away
i can't help but think I'm going insane
I'm drifting behind, losing my grip
it's all just a goodbye trick

Soon I'll be gone, you will remain
i might just survive whereas you will go insane
a different start, a new beginning
my life record has been replaced

For me life is changing, for you all is remaining
it might all go well
it could all go wrong
but this is a leap for which i long

I'm finally regaining my control on life
i will no longer have to live a lie
i can chose my path, begin afresh
i hope my actions will be for the best

But i will never forget my days spent here
the trials and games we all played
oh the fun, oh the pain
so many laughs, but also tears

We have all overcome so much here
but now something new is about to replace
all the same routine will be passed
for me school is over at last

Good luck my friends for your final year
i wish you best
so long my peers

i wrote this the other day in english when I was meant 2 be listening to the teacher but for some reason i just picked up my pen and this is what came out, i guess is because I'm leaving school early and thats kinda on my mind, let me know what you think
