I Just Wanna Let You Know…

You are more than just an ordinary step-mom
You are my friend, and a shoulder to lean on
You are one of the greatest influences in my life
You are the only one meant to be my dad’s wife

You are easiest to talk to about anything
You are honest, smart, funny, and caring
You are a wonderful person; a gift from God
And if you weren’t here I’d miss you a lot

You are all of this and much much more
So back to what this poem is for
I just wanna let you know you’re very special to me
And though I don’t say it much, I love you, my step-mom to be

    that is beautiful, i lost my mom 6 years ago, and I wrote a poem about mothers day also, you are so welcome to read it, and vote, comment, or what ever.
