I was breathless by the end of this poem, the images are so vivid the way you compared them to love, i think this is possibly one of the best poems i have ever read, so im adding you to my favourites, this was truely amazing in my point of view, thank you for your comment on my work it was much appreciated, take care

i just love how simple the imagery and metaphors are. There is simply no mistaking their meanings, i find it so hard to really get a message across sometimes. And, i love the rhythymn in this one, it definitely has a "roller coaster" feel to it. It picks up pace, and then climbs a hill, takes a few turns, and falls back down another dip. I thinks a wonderful tool. And plus, you used the word wane, and i love that word, and i overuse it in my poetry, so congratulations, youve got my attention. Thanks for commenting on my poetry, feel free to do so anytime.

Beautiful but sad, I love the words you chose to use. The expression of your love is written so well and can be felt through out this poem. Wonderful job.

I love your poems..they are the best that i think i've ever heard even the ones i've heard in school...You know what words to use and you dont use the same ones over and over again....almost every poem has it own words..they all have a different meaning and they mean so much....I was just wondering but do you just come up with most of your poems at the top of your head or do u spend time at them and work at them?

Thanks for sharing your wonderful work

Dang!!! Dude!!! How often now at 50
I think back on the journeys and deeds
I have left behind in my life. At 20 and
then 30 I thought my past didnt really matter.
Older now I see our past does made a difference
in the lives of others we have touched and
crossed paths with as they have with us.
Sad to know we all must pass over but with
a smile and tears of joy we must make every
moment count for life is precious.
Thank you for sharing this heart felt read.
