Not sure about the "Only I know" bit. Maybe it would sound better as "I do not know". But then that would change it so...The looking in the mirror part is interesting, Its like you are trying to fond yourself there and helps to draw the reader in because they may imagine themselves as you at that moment...looking at their reflection in the mirror.
