beautiful poem... i can see where you are coming from with this poem. i have many relatives who have gone clean through those very 12 steps and they pretty much expressed the same gratitude for everything life gave them. keep on writng...

Congratulations on becoming clean and having the strength to remain strong. I can relate to this, I was formerly into alcohol and drugs. I have put the past behind me as well. Wow. I dont really know what to say about this one. It's really good! I really like this part :
"Thank you for making a stronger person
Through all life has to give"
But maby change it to "Thank you for making me a stronger person"
