DayDreams

by kylie   Oct 11, 2005

Lying in bed I can hear a thunderous sound
Over and over my beckoning heart will pound
Faster and Faster it is continuously repeating,
And for what? For you is the reason for its beating
It seems this passion is unconditionally true
Every lasting, long lasting passion for you
I wanted it to stop, and for so long I tried
but the result was a disappointment, and so i cried.
I can't let you escape from me; it is a loss to great.
So I'm hoping that you'll cave into my bait.
At night I daydream, sweet daydreams of you
and I wonder if you ever see those things too?
Are you threatened by me because I'm a high achiever>
I hope not, the sound of your voice is the best stress reliever.
To take that away, would paralyze me inside
To imagine it gone is like I've already died.
So is there a possibility that there is still a chance?
A chance for us to continue our romance?
These daydreams will soon slip away
But the question is, will you leave or will you stay?
