Oh such misery did this poem radiate. I find it so sad when you are so upset and the questions just keep coming.

Liked these lines...

"Why doesn't anyone see the severity?
When will I be able to see and think with clarity?"

When suffering comes the first thing we do it to question it. I think you structured the poem quite considering it consisted of rhetorical questions...to improve it maybe think more about some of the questions you are asking and not repeat similar ideas too much. Ask questions that cannot help but affect and address the reader....
