The flu is a horrible and painful sickness, which we always forget. I found truth and understanding in your poem and have more knowledge regarding the illness that effects the nervous system. I do hope that you get better soon (if not already) and hope that you ill recover to your normal self soon :)

Very good poem. I can't say that I know how you feel...but I watched one of my very close friends go through MS. I know that it is not easy and you explained the flu very well. Stay stronge and I am praying for you. Lots of hugs,

Great poem, and i hope you feel better since you wrote this. i like how you connected the flu to the hurricane, it's such a powerful storm and many people know of the damage it has given, definately this year. even if people didn't know the effects of the flu on someone's body just relateing it to such a storm will get the point across. creative write.
