Overall, this poem is good. The use of flow and rhyme seemed fluent through most of the poem, if not all of it. You did have some decent and more importantly, original images like "temporary ocean" and of course the idea of the "rich man." The bit about "tear bathed cheek" and the suicide are overused issues, you may be aware, and I feel that is the only real problem in this poem. I did very much like the idea of the "rich man" and his presence could be interpreted in many ways. Good job, keep writing.
