If only Valentine

If only Valentine, comes earlier by two days,
Then i wouldn't be writing this,
Instead i would be preparing,
On what i want to give,
To the person that i admires the most,

If only it was two years ago,
Then Valentine would fall on the seventh day,
When the only chance for us to meet,
But the past its the past,
It already past,

I counted the time, till the next time Valentine falls on that day,
That would be four years later,
But then you and i would be long gone,
Following our own separate ways,

If only, if only, it is on that day, then i wouldn't be writing this line,
Instead, i will be on my knees, asking you, "Would you be my Valentine?"
