Hey mate, I'm fully hearing you. Just gotta keep riding that wave. Dig a little deeper, even if is only just to prove that you, the you that you know you were, are and will be again is stronger than the monkey on your back that constantly whispers "let go". I know how easy it would be to do that. But really, how hard is it in reality when some tiny part of you still believes there is hope. I believe you do have some hope for yourself, as I try to blieve I do in my self. Be strong, its a challenge. We will prevail over the shit in our heads.....grab on to anything that will save your life, cos thats all that matters. ....If not to you, then to someone. You may not have even met them yet.....but you will of you keep up the fight.

I have to agree with clara. even when the worst has come theres still the tiniest bit of hope still there. hang on the best you can and you can overcome anything even when all instincts say you cant!
