The poem flows so perfectly, it sounds more like a song to me.
I love the last stanza.

This poem was so lovely.The flow as brilliant and it made me feel all tingly. Such desperation in this write it really came from your heart. It honestly almost made me cry. So cool.

Lovely poem, sweet words

Let me start by saying that the rhymes didn't have a bunch of rhythm to go along with them, and I usually don't like that. Let me finish by saying, this poem was awesome and had great feeling, and the rhymes didn't take away from that: especially since the clincher had perfect rhythm. 5/5, great job. You're going on my favorites.
