A Mum Like You..

A mother to blind to see,
the good you have put into me.
you were there when i was in tears.
you were by my side throughout all these years.
through good and bad.
through me being happy and sad.

The hardest time was not so long ago.
But at that time to me you showed.
the love and care a mother could give.
you taught me the right way of how to live.

i know we have our fights.
at the time its not a pretty sight.
but looking back on everything thats happened.
you were there when my world was shattered.

you're the woman i wish to aspire.
you have always been strong and never a liar.
i respect you more than you will ever know.
my loyalty and love for you will continue to grow.

and even though we have our fights.
you will always be my shining light.
and even though you or no one else can see.
you are the perfect mother for me...
