Boy have you got yourself a guy! A guy that romantic is like one in a million, congrats my friend. As to whether you love him or not, that depends if you know him or not. How long have you known him? If you've never talked i think you're just feeling alot of physical attraction, personally, I think love at first sight is a load of bull.
