My Guardian Angel

by Becky   Mar 27, 2006

My guardian angel, only one it could be,
Sent down from heaven to watch over me.
To love and to cherish, to protect and to care,
To teach me to play to love and to share.
Only one in this world could have made me this way,
And it is you that I admire every day.
Although it’s not shown in everything I do,
Mother I love you, for simply being you.
The way you erase my pain at the glance of an eye,
The way you know just what to do if ever I cry.
Mother I could never put into words,
Just how much I love you, and how to me, you mean the world.
