Reflection

Reflection

A reflection of a mind,
Not so different from mine,
Crumbles my soul,
as life takes it toll.
A reflection of a face,
That I yearn to be close to,
As soft as the winter snow.

Your hair as it floats down upon me,
and jumps back up at your command.
screams of delight can only be matched,
by this amazing sight.

Its a reflection of a mind,
that tears me apart,
knowing this is all,
That shall keep us together.
A reflection of an eye,
too close to the glass,
clouds over at last.

Breathing heavily again as the end draws near,
But from the look in your eyes theres something still left to fear,
relieved by a grin and the sweetest little laugh,
I'll know how you feel.
