The feelings you have expressed here show that love is out there and you may find it when least expected!!!

Wonderful poem, really showed how your love made you feel, I am glad you found true love...

One thing I noticed was in the first stanza

"This love has made me crazy
My heart is racing fast
I'm ever so dizzy
Not sure my heart can last"

The third line seems to sound like its one syllable short perhaps you could add something like "I am ever so dizzy" or "I'm really oh so dizzy" just I think that makes it flow better

But that is just me nit picking!!!!!!
