Its really great i wish i could write songs lol

Hey that is such a great poem. I was speechless. I've never read anything like this before. This was my favourite bit, the last verse - it's finished it off nicely

He came from Wyoming where cattle can graze.
Where you can search forever for drops of rain.
Because there were no tears when he held me close.
Despite me wanting nothing my heart was saved.

I dont know, i cant imagine any music for this so it doesnt seem to flow right to me, but if i actually heard it im sure it work just fine. same thing with the other one, i just didnt want to leave a negative sounding comment. i liked the diction on both of them (another point i cant imagine in a country song) and i think it looks pretty well written. overall i think its good.

Wow this is really good. & I'm not even that into country music. You have such a way with words.. The flow in this was really good & you depicted everything perfectly. My favorite lines were:
Voice which makes even this tomboy turn red.
Girl remember what your knees were made for.

The imagery was jsut outstanding,beautiful. The words you choose to embed in your work really stand out,just amazing. Your second attempt at a country song was fantastic. Personally,I prefer your other write. Kat.
