Your poem is really good, hope it doesn't happen again whatever it was. One suggestion: But it could still make me want to cry. This line kind of throws it off. Maybe: But it still might make want to cry.

I give this poem a five, because so many people can relate. Lifes to short to waste it on a women that you cannot trust, there are so many others to choose from.
