Oh my goodness. This nearly made me cry. And even though it was only 3 stanza's long. You got straight to the oint and showed how much you care about danika. Very well done. 5/5 For sure!

You showed alot of character thru just 3 stanzas. The only thing i could say is in the second stanza, last line: the rhyme seems a lil forced (so hard and far). it might work out better if you said (so long and hard) cuz are and hard have the same long a sound. hope that helps out, again, very strong friendship poem that does its job!

I never forgot that you wrote this for me. That's how I found you again to add you to my list. My last account has been deleted by myself. Every time I'm upset, I read this. It brings me comfort. I lost my grand mother on March and I carried a copy of this with me all through her wake and funeral. Just so I knew at least someone cared. I will always be greatful for this poem.
