Both are great... but I think you should use the latter. "we" always sounds better. A very good write my friend :)

^^ My mistake there I mean to say; "we" in this case is a much better option. It is us that need to survive, "she" just seems too... You get what I mean?

Nice! with such a short poem it can be hard to get your message across, but you managed nicely. well done.
