Little Raindrops

by Lisi Browning   Jun 17, 2006

Fire shines
bright in your eyes
despite the fact
it's raining outside.
I can sense arousal
from the smile on your face
and trembles in your touch
send me far into space.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
...And the rain kept on falling.
There was nothing I could say.
Drenched into passion
we made love that day.
The moans and the screams
meant everything to me.
The fire sparked in our eyes
despite the fact it was raining outside.

The rest of the world was gone
and we two belonged
in with the skyward waterfall.
Lightening struck, and we smiled
holding each other close.
No distance could come between us, though.
Hair flew around my face
and we were happy and gay.
Despite the fact it was cold, we knew
nothing could come between us two.
We were hot,
we were free
and he meant
all the world to me.
We were two lovers and friends
making love
forever on end.....
And it's amazing to me
how little raindrops
can be so seducing.
