Just Don't Call it Love

by Stumbling Shaman   Jun 20, 2006

We can't resist but we see no harm
In falling once again for one another's charms
All up for show and still they don't know
Where we begin is where it all seems to end

They've taken it all, left nothing to defend
Our final descent, one last sacrifice
Yet still they always fall
When we begin to rise

Please forgive this inexplicable warmth
While we understate our depths time and again
Ignore this feeing we refuse to call love
In satisfying you I can never get enough

So when we finally lay down to sleep
Pay no mind to the little voice ruining our fun
With sibilant whispers of being in too deep
Softly breathing in time, there is only one
