Your poem rhymed but since I didn't notice it until I was close to finishing the poem that should tell you how it captured my attention. I love how you explain how people bring a poem to life.

I love this, Bill! The second stanza is my favorite and the last line is just perfect, so sweet... I love the idea of this poem, so creative and true... Awesome work! ;o)

You've managed to capture the essence of poetry in one beautifully written poem!

"I may write what I feel
Pouring out my heart and soul
The reader makes it all real
Adding the sum and making it whole"

For me, that really made it real. I've always felt that way but never found the words to express it until now. This is simply wonderful ^_^

Welcome back indeed Bill. Your writing is as great as ever. Which goes to show, you are a natural. So true what you say about poetry, and how the readers make it real. Good stuff Bill.

and thanks for the comment on my poem.

Absolutely.. all the above.. I love it all too, and the way you leave it to the reader to read, and put their own connotations upon how poetry is given the readers own connotation.. haha.. that made sense when I was writing it.. oh, you get my drift.. either way, well done, hunny. 5/5. xx
