Dear Nique.. this write broke my heart... I know exactly how you are feeling. I am feeling like that too. I have given all of myself to ppl around me and ppl have forgotten that I need someone too. Hey.. wow the weirdest thing is i kno exactly how that is.. my friends did the same thing to me.. and i ended up bad.. but i hope u can work this out.. i like this poem. it made me verrrry sad cuz i remembered how it was for me.. its basically the same situation.. u need to take a deep breathe in and out.. and dont turn to cutting. cuz that was my mistake.. u need to tell them how u feel and how they r hurting u. u need to tell them wut is happening.. if u wana talk i am here. so u can email me.. i will be here and i will help you.. cuz i kno exactly wut ur goin thru.. i hope u dont start cutting.. i like this poem.. keep writing... stay strong... i am here remember.. i will alwasy be

I know what you mean my cousin megan started cutting and everything fell apart. At one point, too all my friends wanted to die, but you got to understand ur all they have. YOU are who they have left to keep them alive, YOU have to stay postitive and let them know you love them no matter what.

Dont result to what your friends are doing either, it'll only hurt you and them more. Wen you want to cut blast your music, punch a pilliow, or write about how you feel. I've been there, cutting and stuff, its no good. I undersand how you feel. Keep in touch, email me and let me know wha=t else is up and if you want mroe advice.
