This poem was so sad yet beautifully written.
love the way you have written it.

She kisses him lightly,
He touches the top of her head,
At the touch, she slowly remembers,
All the words she never said

She raises her chin,
As you can imagine is hard to do,
She says in her meek, soft voice,
"I just want you to know, I love you."

He looks at the monitor,
I love you too,
Her last breath was taken in front of him
At least she did what she had to do

this stanza brought tears to my eyes.
the imagery was perfect and the flow was good.
