Sidelines

They told me to write, So I wrote it all out. They told me to sing so i let it out. Thanks for the loving conversations a a letter marked with x's and o's and that strawberry gloss that I can still taste like your lips are still against mine. Baby take the time out to blow my heart on the side walk. Is there anything worth a promise kept till the loving heart runs out of songs to sing. Sp Baby lets dance around this fire of our dream house. Excuse me while I take the time out to blow my heart out. Jokes turned to insults aimed to hurt like hell. Smiles turned to frowns, Oh girl Memories of sweet kisses finishing the job like swallowing my lucky penny chased by a shot of acid. Baby let it burn like the dreams that keep me up. Tie together the past and future and take time the time out to shoot my heart out on the sidewalk. Take a look..into the room we spent our time..and baby don't be scared when you look into the mirror to see my eyes starting back and please don't forget to whisper just one last time..I love you soo much..and don't forget to take the time out for once last kiss to the boy with the big heart
