I love this poem...made me cry...is it about stef?

This poem was so sad.
i can relate to it very well.

Too many stars to count with the naked eye,
Too many years flying by,
Still, I haven't seen you,
I never really got a true goodbye.

I still have all your stuff,
This is so tough,
Can this get any easier?
Or is life really this rough?

this stanza is so sad.
i just loved reading this one espcially.
