I like this. It is well written. The rhyming is good and does not appear forced at all.

The flow loses a little steam towards the end as the rhyming goes a little askew and personally I find it makes the ending fall a bit flat.
However, I found the theme and language extremely touching and sad. You have a talent for emotional expression. Keep it up
