All That Matters.

I was looking today;
at a photo I had of you,
I was looking into your eyes,
trying to find happiness.

The photo shows an empty smile,
But when I see you, you show and empty heart.
A heart that longs someone,
that will look after you.

I think of what you mean to me,
Though we've never met.
But every time I look into your eyes,
And I see a darkness longing to escape.

And I know whats happening,
there's something stirring inside me to,
I caught myself thinking...
Your all that matters.

You hold the key to my heart,
I've fallen for you, and it feels so right,
but yet it feels so wrong....
Cause we've never met.

My heart tells me I'm in love,
but I fight back,
Is it wrong to think...
That your All that matters.

I sit here fighting back tears,
as I write this poem to you.
And thats why I hope you never read it,
Cause me loving you YET isn't right.

Your all that matters,
you've touched something that I've never felt before...
And nothing else matters.

Can I say I love you,
without looking like I'm desperate?
I'm yours, and you hold the chain....
Cause your all that matters.

This poem, apart from being written while looking at a photo, was also written while I was listening to a song.
That song, was a cover version of "Nothing Else Matters". Such a sad sounding song, and it unlocked my emotions, making me want to write this. This poem, and all that was written, is true, and is what I feel about a girl from my hometown, who I happened to meet on the net. She means everything to me, but besides that, she was there for me when my ex-girlfriend "left" me.
