How sad, you're outlook on life. There were a few lines I like, like dreams are hopeless lies we choose to believe... and why should I stay, we all die one day.
I hope that you write these things in the name of poetic drama and not because you actually feel this way.
I read a post you made of being scared of mental homes... I have the same problem with dentists, though probably not so severe.
I think that you need to tell someone about your fear. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Fear is very real, and if it ruining your life then it should definitely be looked into. Perhaps a promise that you will never be sent back there will help you somewhat? I wish you sincerely the best, and a happy new year.
