In this line:

"In way I feel we have this special bond"

I think you should take out 'in way'

And in this:

"And to able to hold your hand"

You should at 'be' in between to and able so it would be And to be able to hold you hand. Thats just my opinion. Buts its a very cute and sweet poem.

Oh I forgot

"In way I feel we have this special bond"

Or you could put an a in between in and way. So it'd be In A way I feel we have this special bond.
