This is very sad. Uncle John meant so much to so many people. I can only imagine how hard it is for you to be without your soulmate. He is with you though, in your heart and in the memories you have and I know he watches over you from heaven.

Beautifully sorrowful poem. He sounds like he was a wonderful person. I can't even begin to imagine how horrible that must have been.

all these lines just make you hold your breathe... i relate to your poems so much i just cannot stop from reading them.
there is so much that you write that i have wrote too, and so much you have said that i feel too.
