Comments : Burned Bridges

Very beautifully done. I especially like the following parts:
Almost to that point where the flame will kiss the wood
Watch what we once had become ashes where it stood

Another pain, another tear and it will be our last
Left to reminisce upon our blazing past

Bridges aren't far off from burning to the ground
Smoke and ash will tell the story of what we never found

Great metaphors and imagery. Definetly a 5/5 (aren't they all?)

I wanted to remind everyone to vote on this excellent poem. Sometimes we get so caught up in the beauty of the poem and are anxious to leave our comments and we forget to vote..........like I just did so I came back. :)
