Okay, so this poems about a mistake... that ruined alot of peoples lives... and how you regret it because you acted without thinking...and now you want to kill yourself?

I don't know what the rhyme scheme was but it seemed to flow nicely. Honestly, I don't know what to say about this... But the imagery was nice, and it showed alot of emotion. well-done...
