I really like this poem, great emotion and wonderful sentiment. Nice use of imagery to keept he readers attention all the way through. There are alot of very similar poems out there, but this comes across as truly heartfelt.

My only critique qould be regarding the stanza below ...
"i hoped god would send me
someone to complete me and make me whole
he gave me you the complete package
heart and soul"

The last line of this stanza didn't seem right to me, it was too short. "Body, Mind and Soul" is possibly a better way to end this stanza.
Still a very nice poem, well worthy of a 5
