Wonderful poem.. this is the one you got in the placed for in the contest... 1st place congrats :D

Great job on this one. I really liked the acrostic. I automatically went for this one because I liked the title, and then reading it, I wasn't disappointed.

My favorite line would have to be:
Dreadful little nightmares in pink ribbons

Don't know why, but it stood out to me.

I loved loved loved this poem! You do an excellent job on freeverse...and I like seeing you do different things. And the symbolism in this is amazing, especially the pink ribbons. The whole mood of the poem was just suberb! And I think it's cool how you say

If I couldn't truly dream while I slept I would go insane...dreams are definately a safe haven that most could never do without. Great job! :) 5/5 as always!

Wow, so short but so powerful ! I love the imagery in this, I could almost see the dreams and someone just tossing and turning so afraid to fall asleep..been there, done that; not an easy thing to do. I love this piece, keep it up.
