Your words are heartfelt and sincere but I really think you took away from the passion of the poem with the cheesy rhyming.

Aw. It's definitley sweet and rather sad. The poem itself is kinda cliche and I think you could use better word choices to really make it stand out and not blend with the many "lost love" poems. I will give you a 5/5 cause overall it's a nice poem.
