Nice poem reflesting the features of a team and how team spirit works. "What happens they fall?" this question can be better if it is "What happens as/when they fall?

I loved how you started each couplet with a question and finished with the answer, I thought that had a very powerful effect on the overall piece...beautifully and elegantly written.
