I loved this poem...maybe because i am one of the many girls who love firefighters...lol...but looking past that...the best part was the ending...

Excellent job of sharing what goes on in your stressful line of work. You ahould be proud. It takes a special kind of person to risk their own life to save another and extra brownie points because you are a volunteer!

This is a really good poem!! I have a friend that's a firefighter, and she go burned really bad, nearly fatal. Try not to die out there!!
