I'm sitting here with my mouth open, speechless. I was expecting this to be about the book, but when I read this, uh, just speechless! It was beautifuly written. The imagery... the blood, the bones, the guns, the alley... everything was just amazing... But, c'mon now, I have come to expect nothing less from you. :) Keep it up babe!

    heartcha.

Wow, another brilliant poem. I was wondering, did you get the idea from this from the novel, "The Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold? Was just wondering, because I love that book!

"And he locks the door as he pushes you against his desk,
And you cry, knowing that you can't simply protest,"

^ I don't know if it's just me, but in the second line, if you swapped 'can't' and 'simply' around, I think it would sound better:
"And you cry, knowing that you simply can't protest."

    Excellent work.
