Christmas

by Hey Brittknee   Apr 21, 2007

Sleigh bells jingle
Carols sung
Stockings by
The fire hung

Dad brought home
The Christmas tree
When we decorate it
How pretty it will be

It's a time for hot chocolate
A time for snow
A time when
The cold wind blows

Kids go sled riding
And have a snowball fight
No one can wait
For Christmas Eve night

Wake up you hear
Your mother call
The Christmas tree
Is about to fall

It's packed with presents
Goodies and toys
Sharing gifts
Brings holiday joy

Family and friends
All together
A memory
That will last forever

Snow is falling
Once again
Houses get all
Blended in

Ground is covered
In heaps of snow
If you've been good or bad
Santa always knows
