I understand the feeling in it, and what you feel. But try to make what you say in the sentences shorter, use other words, and make it less story like...but that's about all I can say, But it's a good poem

I think if you truly love him, you'll wait for him. My boyfriend is gonna be going into the navy when he gets out of school in a couple years, and he's gonna be gone for four years. So I know the heartbreak you're feeling. It's gonna be tough but I'm sure you'll make the best of it. :]]
