I gave you a big 5. I am kind of in the same situation as you. My ex and I broke up a couple of weeks ago and I still want to be with him more than anything but I know that that is probably not going to happen even if I wish it would. I care about him more than I care about myself sometimes and that can be scary. Letting go and moving on is the hardest part. And you always notice the small things that made everything fit and perfect when someone is gone. I long for us to once again be toegther, but I too, have to move on. Maybe things will be different later but for now, we must let go. Good luck, ur a great writer. Please read some of my poems if you get a chance, one of them is one of the top rated today. that was a great poem. I am in the exact same situation as you are. Except my ex and I live many miles apart. He calls me everyday to make sure I am okay. Even though we are not together ne more ppl would think we are when we are together. He comes and visits me but I think somehow I need to tell him no cuz when ever I see him I just want to hug him and hold him and everything I'm sure you know. Lol.
