This is so heartbreaking. The sadness of not being with the one you love is so painful.

Falling in love I never meant to do ,
and I've not felt this way in years.
But keeping my feelings a secret ,
is now starting to leave me in tears.

What a lovely piece of writing! You ahev captured so much of what is happening in some of our lives. My pillows is constantly wet with tears and to make things worse, I'm so married with 4 kids yet fell in love with another. Hope things work out for you!

^ Those line truly had tugged my heart. An unrequited [secret] love, in all likelihood to all other types of romance, is utterly problematical and painful. This endears me completely because it seems to narrate my own account as well.
Bittersweet.
