Memorial Day is a day when we celebrate those who fought,
for in the nineteenth century, a Civil War was brought.
For our country, a deed was done
Regrets? We have none.
From those who died or those who survived, our freedom was rightly won.
On Memorial Day, we dont just celebrate
those who fought,
For some families, its a day to remember the loved
ones they lost.
So just remember every year, on the last Monday in May,
to honor those who battled, and gave us Memorial Day.
