Unknown feeling

The feeling inside
This hollow empty body
Is unknown to me
It could be love
But it could be lust
It is emptiness
But it is full
I am happy
But I am depressed
Killed in pain
But drowning in relief
There is something
That is confusing me
I am calm
But I am panicking
I am lost
Yet I know where I am
I am in pain
Yet I have never felt better
This unknown feeling
Often makes me feel lost
It makes me dizzy
I do not know
What this is
It confuses me
I admit I need help
And I reach out a hand
Only one person attempts to help
And guide my home
But he is the reason why
I have this unknown feeling
