it shows that anyone will do what they have to. including suicide

I belive
"A Cold Soul"

The female is having thoughs and speaks of suicide. Saying this person is you. The thoughts come from the Soul does it not? Also your soul feels like a blizzard. Therefore defining Cold. It also means Lost and hurt.

So A "Cold""Soul" Would match the poem. If you spent time and read it over and over again.

yet " a cold soul" really does suit the poem,but cold is quite a plain word,i'll use the name, but change it to "chilled"
