You write a little bit above your age (and I definitely don't mean that in a negative way). You just strike me as someone older than 14.

Your last stanza seemed a little bit forced, but you used wonderful metaphors throughout the poem, and your rhyming was virtually flawless, with the exception of the last stanza.
