Aw, this is such a cute poem. It's really wonderful. But I think you made a little mistake.

"I don't what about you but I do know how much we have in common."

^ I'm sensing this sentence is missing a word somewhere. The rest of it was really good, but again it will look way better if you put it into stanzas.
